We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item and receive a refund.
Eligibility for Return and Refund
To be eligible for a return and refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- Return within 7 business days: You must request a return within 7 business days of the delivery completion date.
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered: All returned items must be unused and new, with no signs of wear, washing, alterations, or damage. All original designer tags must be attached.
- Original packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the brand box, case, and any essential packaging components (e.g., dust bag, poly bag).
- Return from the same country: For a swift return, the item must be shipped from the same country where it was delivered.
- Shipping costs: The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note that we may not be able to process your return if it does not meet the above conditions.

Return Guide by Product
Clothing:
- All designer tags must be attached to the clothing.
- Please avoid using deodorant, cosmetics, or perfume on the clothing.
Underwear & Swimwear, Lingerie & Socks:
- Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Items must be free of dirt, stains, and odors.
Shoes:
- Try on shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damaging the soles.
- The dust bag and shoe box must be returned with the shoes in their original condition.
- To prevent damage during shipping, please place the shoe box inside the shipping box before returning.
Please be mindful of keeping the product in its original shipping condition when trying it on. Items that do not comply with Croket Global's return policy cannot be accepted.
Return Delay Notice
- Returns exceeding the return deadline may not be accepted.
Non-Member Orders:
Please make sure to remember the order number you received in the order confirmation email. You will need this order number to request and manage returns directly through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Our customer service team is available to assist you with a smooth return process. Please contact us at [global_cs@croket.co.kr] or via enquiry form on our website if you have any questions or require assistance with your return.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items without original tags attached.
- Items damaged due to customer negligence.
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at [global_cs@croket.co.kr] within 7 business days of the delivery completion date.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the process.
In most cases, a return label and invoice will be sent to your email address. Please print out the label and hand it over to the delivery person along with the item.
If you reside in an area that does not support pick-up services, you may be required to return the item yourself.
In such cases, please return the item directly to the address provided by our customer service team. - Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Croket Global. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Please note that Croket Global is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item (excluding original shipping costs) within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
International Returns
We ship internationally from South Korea. For international returns, you may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon re-entry into your country. These fees are non-refundable by Croket Global.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges for returned items. If you would like a different size or color, you can return your original item and place a new order.
